Hi gents, unfortunately it looks like Adler is no longer with us as their title has been changed to "In Memoriam Member" and their name can be found on the WRF Gold members section's Roll of Honor.
Perhaps someone on the forum knows what the situation with this impressive WW1 collection currently is.
Karel passed July 5 2020.
I believe a portion of his collection was auctioned off by Hermann Historica last month.

Yes CSW, unfortunately Adler is no longer with us. He amassed an amazing collection and most definitely set a bench mark for collecting Imperial German Militaria. Although I did not know him, I can’t tell that he was most respectful of the items that he collected while remembering those of the Great War.
RIP, Adler.
