Another Breadbag What does the marking say?

Hi Guys
Unfortunately the Website for the bread bag that I was looking at is not in use. Here is a new one and I was wondering if you could help with the markings please? I understand the B.A.X 16 but could anyone tell me what the lettering next to it which is vertical says and more importantly mean?
