Fake Imperial Scroll Helmet
Hello, I have a helmet that was purchased back in 2000 from a questionable Ebay dealer in Maryland. It just looks wrong in every way.
I thought I would ask the community for feedback. I know the original buyer payed high dollars.

I have never seen one like this. But the "age" appears to be forced and recently created.
But I would wait for other views.

Hmmm, ersatz filtz pickelhaube dated 1918.... A 1915 top and double straps. And this neckflap? New liner from some kind of material. I think it must be very, very rare or fantasy. To many weird combinations IMO.
