the German eagle

hello i'searching any inforation about this prussian eagle,it is made of the cast iron and painted by someone.
is this a standard eagle?or maybe is connected with some specific area?silesia,saxonia,prussia etc?
another thing that i'm intersted is the letter 'R' on a chest,maybe someone have any clue what can it means?

The piece is poorly cast.
The "R" is actually "FR" which refers to Fredericas Rex (King Frederick of Prussia,1701).

The eagle with scepter and orb is the coat of arms for the German Empire.

Really wish we could have better photos that could be expanded.

At first glance it does look like a poor cast but wanted to look closer to see if it was actually heavily pitted / rusted and then scrubbed and cleaned up.

Would also be nice to see the back.

yesterday due to my doubts i return the eagle to the seller ,but tommorow if the eagle still will be actual i will take the better shots
