    There are several possibilities for such a low number, as the number 29 would equally pertain to a line infantry, Reserve or Landwehr unit. The basic identification would be that it is a M1915 enlisted issue infantryman's shoulder strap from the "Infanterie Regiment von Horn (3.Rheinisches) Nr.29".
