Imperial Cigar Box - Translation help needed

The inscription is a bit weird, normally it would read 'zum Geburtstag'. Leaving the 'e' on the end of Geburtstag is an archaic form which was abandoned after about 1920. I'm at a loss about the unit.

Thanks Vince. So potentially that would place this pre 1920's but with the hallmark, we know it is post 1909 but most like after 1914 as prior to this, the Hallmark was used on exports to France (supposedly...).

Either way....it is currently and happily being used again as a proper Humidor
