I'm with Phil on this one.
It's a nice looking bayo but I also have no clue when it comes
    to regimental markings.

These had a redesign in 1902, and the two piece grips were introduced. This one is Prussian and dates from 1905 and is one of these neuer Art ,or new pattern S 98 nA. The marks indicate simply an Infantry Regiment bayonet of the 14th Regiment, Company 6, and weapon 186. Cypher is Wilhelm II, Haenel is a commonly seen maker who made these bayonets between 1904 to 1914.

The 14th Infanterie Regiment was garrisoned in Bromberg (Bydgoszcz). That regiment was part of the II Army Korps - Pommern.

I think this is not a R on the cross-guard but a capital P. And then this would be the Badisches Pionier-Bataillon Nr.14, the would be part of the 14th armeekorps. They were in Strassburg.

The blade spine is crown over W (Willem II) 05 meaning 1905. Under the data on the blade spine but also on the scabbard mouth are inspection marks. The maker C.G. Haenel started in 1840 but the company still exists to this date.
