It looks good to me but some better pictures would really help.
Especially the front of the cross and the marks on the ribbon ring.

Me, as a bad pictures specialist (self promoted to this rank), would go for Carl Dillenius, Pforzheim.
Probably you find CD 800 mark on the ring. Good original cross.
