    Can anyone identify this pin? Painted thin brass silver ribbon with Iron Cross with full details. It measures 1.8" wide by about 1" tall. This pin was collected during the war or shortly after by a friend of my fathers. I inherited the friends connection of WII items after my father passed. I have see just one like it on eBay, but it was in a group of items with no description....Thanks!

    Hi.
    Is an WWI era "patrotika" pin.
    It was a popular object to represent the support that the person wearing it in their civilian clothes had for the country and its struggle.
