WWI EK II Authentic or fake ?

Thanks for your advice Ralph. I am focusing on couple of German medals which I like the most. Spending time in this forum, reading what has been written about different specimens improves me a lot. Thanks to the experienced gentleman like you and Greg. Much appreciated.

One question though: I don't know much about these medals. Is there any books or sources you can recommend to me? I really want to learn about WWI German medals and decorations.

For years I have been collecting EK from WW1 but only with silver stamps. In my opinion, a good original badge, possibly with a WILM frame

I will not forget, I am moving into my house right now, when I build up my collection in the attic again, I take a picture of each piece, not a problem
