British Tunic?

Hi,
I need opinions about this british tunic, the seller say irit is from ww1, but I don't understand difference from a post ww1 tunic...
Can you give me your opinions?

to be certain, you need pics of the inside, which has different lining and labels but it appears to have only one pleat on each side under the collar making it the post 1922 version
