Sébastien Augustin Cleynen, Rue des Confereres 93, Brussels, also at the same address a other BWM for agent recipient, Juf. Irma Charlotte Cleynen!
Probably his daughter or sister...
Sadly don't got that medal...

With regards to the Recipients of the British War Medal 1914-1918, the 2 Recipients are as follows :

1) Celine Ludorica De Grave

2) Sebastian Augustin Cleynen

Of interest there was also a Irma Charlotte Cleynen also awarded the British War Medal 1914-1918, could this be his wife ?

she lived at the same address, but announced as "single" so probably his sister or daughter...

A relative to Celine Ludorica De Grave (here sister or mother...) also got a BWM to agent.
