A lot of these were done at wars end, many are totally original but not wartime painted for the formation flash.

Probably not that bad a price especially if it has a liner. This would actually be for the 27th Division which was a National Guard division, one of their battalions was the Lost Battalion of WWI fame.
Here is mine for comparison. Purchased 5 years ago. Has a liner and spent roughly double the asking price of yours.
