Practice Mills Bomb

I was happy to find this inert practice version of the Mills Bomb today, here in Canada. They must be fairly scarce, as this is the first one I’ve seen in the flesh. Was hoping to find a C Broadarrow but doesn’t appear to have any markings. Were these only produced during the Great War? Not a lot of info on these practice grenades out there…
