Tanker Helmet?

I have here an adrian helmet that has been cut in an odd way, it shows the normal blue painf as well as an olive coloured paint and a bright blue paint that after some research on a french helmet database I believe to be parade paint. There are two holes near the front and one in the skirt that I have been told by an experianced helmet restorationist may have been for hanging from a peg or nail when not in use

no ink stamps and its hard to tell because of the modifcations

Is the front rim cut and also rolled? I have a similar helmet sold to me as a tanker helmet (artillery special). The front brim is cut down and rolled to eliminate the sharp edge. Looks like it was rolled by hand because it is not a perfect finish.
