Thank you for the identification. I have never seen a Croation WWII LW visor cap before. Couldn't find a picture of one either. It would be interesting to compare it to German LW visor caps - seem to have been quite similar as far as one can see in the picture.

The uniforms and insignia of the Croatian Air Force were heavily influenced by those of the Luftwaffe, indeed. Good photos of this service are fairly rare, though.
