What do you think about this coastal artillery visor? Early model?

I wonder about the wreath which is in a blue fabric...

Phil, the crown circumference of this hat seems small for an Officer.
A lot of Stahlhelmbund visors have been converted to Coastal Artillery by unscrupulous sellers.
The wreath seems to be a replacement at best.

Eagle should be gilt (and this one appears to be zinc, so it is not correct for the period of the cap).

Hopefully others will chime in here.

You're awesome! The cap you present is the one I put on the site. Incredible!!!. This cap has been hanging around for 2 years on a militaria site in France. He tries to sell it for 2000€ saying it was found in Brest! I thought the seller was serious, but in fact he's a scammer!

Looks like he got it off Ebay, as that is what the jpeg states...
