It looks like a good M-35 visor just from the exterior photo.
(A lot of these early ones had leather bills).
The wreath is most likely a period upgrade, to conform to the 1938 regulations.

The chinstrap is really unusal (the ss-type) see here for the usual version:

I have never seen a Deutsches Rotes Kreuz visor before... very cool.
