There are two things that make me think:
the first is, as you mentioned, the white top. These were made of marcella, sometimes also of gaberdine. I don't know whether this kind of fabric was used in originals. So, at best, the top might be a replacement.
The second is the "stirndruckfrei" system. Peküro used black velvet - here we have a brown fabric. This was sometimes used by BaMüFa:
