So, there is something I found and would like your opinion on it if possible
Does this stitching look ok to you? I fear it could be a resewn sweatband, in other examples I have seen, the thread used for joining the sweatband to the body of the cap is beige/tan color. So I'm kinda concerned... I would hate to see this cap go from hero to zero.
That being said, this thread does not glow under UV light (for what that's worth) and I have not seen any other evidence of restitching: There are no empty holes on the visor and that thread seems to be neatly fixed to it.
