Felt german pith helmets

Article about: Got another bet going on in reference to the "DAK" or Tropical felt pith helmet known as the second pattern. Does anyone have a period pic of one being worn ? If so, any idea where

    Thanks Gents !!
Visor's pic & Jerry's pic convinced me they were issued without a doubt.

Slightly off-topic, but here is a rare pith helmet (that is for sale on the other forum).
It is a 1937 "Preßstof" pith helmet that was issued to U-boat crews:
Also used on the cruise liners, or so the one that was on ebay a while suggested

Does anyone have more info on these Preßstoff helmets? I was told they are french made.
But I cannot find any clear period pictures or any other source to prove they were made, or at least used, by German forces.

Here it is advertised as "italian":

Hello, in the 70's, it was easy to buy such helmets. I bought mine in Belgium, coming from a stock, price 10 €.
