Does anyone know a reputable member here that may be able to repair this cap? Visor is coming loose
As far as I know (former - alas!) member BenVK does expert repairs - he is in the UK. You can use the search function here or have a look at the WAF-forum to get in contact with him or you could try to have a go for yourself - find a suitable thread and needle (I'd suggest one with a rounded tip) and try to find the original holes with it. Sew into one direction and then into the other so that all the holes are filled and both sides of the seam are covered.

Thank you for the information. I did see bens posts. Was wondering why he caught a ban....
Anyhow i may try it myself if i can find a period correct thread or something acceptable. Hoping to find pictures of other visors with a similar problem so i can review the construction and how to go about doing this clean and proper.
