A nice early Carl Halfar visor cap, marked inside the sweat band with several Flak Searchlight units.

(by the way, the cap doesn't have any fading at all, I took the photos outside, and there was some glare on a
couple of the photos, courtesy of the day being a bit too bright )

That is one helluva cap, Bob, and once again, your photography is impeccable--we should all strive to emulate it!

I agree, it is a rare thing to find a LW unit-marked cap in unissued condition!

Stunning Bob! I always say, your items are all top shelf.

Stonemint: I have one such cap. An unissued HG NCO visor. Marked III/Rgt. Gen Goring 9th .Batt. Really need to take it out and take better pictures of it.
