Hello, for me too many stamps and on the lower part, where there is sweat, it's not possible, markings must be up.

Its very hard comparing black to white stamping really, white will retain its color much easier against a dark background so i would not use that as an indicator.
Personally I think it is a good LW mechanics cap its not unusual to see them heavily stamped.

I believe the cap to be 100% legit, the abbreviation of Fl. T. S. Ju. would be for the Höhere Fliegertechnische Schule Jüterborg:
here is a photo of the ruins of the Jüterborg Schule post-war. A quick internet search on 'Google' should furnish more results....

•I. Ausbildungs-Bataillon from Flieger-Ersatz-Abteilung 41
•Flugzeugführerschule (Schule/FAR.41) from FFS E (A/B) Frankfurt/Oder
II. Ausbildungs-Bataillon was formed in 1940, while the Schule/FAR.41 left the regiment 1.10.41, and became FFS A/B 41.
Moved to Loeben/OS in 1.42(?).
On 16.8.42 redesignated Flieger-Regiment 41.
In 10.42 redesignated Feldausbildungs-Regiment der Luftwaffe 4.
Organisation:
1939/40: Stab, I. (1-5), 6., 7., Schule

Why is the manufacturer's stamp so different than the one used in the images I posted? How many styles of stamp did they use?
