Oscar Menner originally was a producer of leather goods and a hatter and located in Freiburg/Bg., Kaiserstraße 34 (today Kaiser-Joseph-Straße 170 and location of a perfume shop). Later he also produced caps. Seems to have given up some time around 1935 - here is his last entry in the 1935 Freiburg addressbook, already with another holder, Josef Schiffmann:
