NSDAP Ortsgruppenleiter cap for review

Gentlemen,

I would appreciate comments/opinions on this cap, obtained as part of a uniform ensemble with tunic, belt, tie and breeches. There is a name to the celluloid diamond but I can't make out the old-style German handwriting - perhaps someone could help transcribe it? RZM tag under the sweatband which I want to say looks good...? But I have a very hard time with telling the fakes apart from the good with these. Sweatband is stamped 'Deutsches Leder'.

The only immediate thing I notice is that one of the eagle's wings appears to have broken off and been repaired. Beyond that I am in unknown waters with this one - I rely on the judgement of those who know better.

The Name is Otto Partmann. Nice original last pattern Ortsgruppe Visor. Left Wing of the Eagle is broken and probably repaired. As we know, there are some Question Marks on that Set.

Replacement eagles are not that hard to find.
