OK, guys, good guesses, but this was a very tough one. The hat is for the German heavy-trucking NS organisation, the Reichs-Kraftwagen Betriebsverband (RKB). Not much in the way of information on the RKB, but it was an attempt to centralize control of a nascent trucking industry, then making use of the Autobahn.

IMHO, the best logo of the TR. This is also one of the few TR orgs that did not use a swastika in their logo (the other being mining that I can think of off the top of my head).
