    I would like to show you a pretty rare visor from the 3rd Reich.
    It is a Visor for Officers from the Reichsministerium für besetzte Ostgebiete. RMO or RMBO.

    The cap is in acceptable condition, just a few moth bites under the insignia area.
    Maker is Robert Lubstein , also known as EREL. Quality is Sonderklasse.
    It’s the first time I’ve ever seen an EREL for RMBO visor.

    Very unusual buttons that hold the cap cord - have never seen anything like these before on a WW II cap.

    Wolfgang is correct--those appear to be postwar East German NVA buttons.
    However, the hat itself is original.
