Unknown HPC distributor?

This cap popped up for sale on facebook (hence the censored eagle) and I couldn't find any reference to this maker. Looks like an HPC distributor without the "Frischluft" feature? Curious what others here think...

Weichsler existed, he was a dealer for fabrics, men's and women's clothing and uniforms, see below (+ for the cap makers and the hat- and cap dealers).

Sorry for the delay. I think it looks good, although I can think of only one HPC in my own collection so I'm hardly a specialist. I figured Stoney's thread would be more help than I can furnish.

This one turned out to have the frischluft feature, but not a frischluft cockade. I wasn't expecting this judging from the liner.

Yes, unusual in that it has the vents, but the sweatband is not perforated (as well as the lack of cut-outs to the wreath) but have seen it before.
