Thank you Christian, I would love to see the categories to make sense of all the variations but then we can't reveal everything to the forgers. I should do more research like you but I'm often guided by impulses which doesn't serve one well in high end collecting. It's really too bad that F-B has moved on to other interests and can longer comment on these threads.

Just a few more pics in better lighting to show the cap in detail. Can anyone tell if the zinc eagle is an Assmann by it's appearance? It does have the round type pins. Thanks for your opinion.
