Last ones are his medals etc. There is so much more. Sorry if I have bored you all! I wanted to really know if they are interesting are something which a museum would be interested in taking? I have so many letters etc etc. Thank you for taking a look!
Why don't you keep them within the family? While a museum may take them off your hands, there is no guarantee that they will ever display them. They would surely have more of an emotional attachment to your family than any museum. Frame the medals and hang them on the wall with pride, and when you look at those two medals you might pause for a moment and consider what your grandfather went through to earn them. There should also be a 1914/15 star as well.
