Danmark, I really wish I could tell you more but ever since I got hold of it I’ve never been able to find much about it. I read somewhere it may of been used on sports wear but I have no idea if that’s true or not. I’d love to learn more too.

Andy, thank you very much for the compliments! I have been trying my best to buy things in the best condition so I only have to buy them once. I guess the mess kit isn’t counted in that rule as it’s pretty worn.

Hetz, Thank you! I can’t wait to see your collection if you post it up! I do have a bit of an advantage because I started when I was very young, let’s hope more people start collecting soon!

Well I was supposed to do this 17 days ago but I had to wait on my last 2020 purchase to arrive. The last half of 2020 treated me well and I was able to make lots of great additions.

Grouping is a little messy but I was racing the sunlight!

As it hits the mid way point of the year I’ll do another collection update, this half of the year has treated me very well. I was lucky enough to add a near mint tunic, some wonderful prewar field gear, an orange canteen cup, and another helmet.

Brilliant stuff! I’ve fallen in love with canteens recently so I’m sure there will be many more by the end of the year! Also do I see a greenish Bakelite cup?, I’ve always like the look of them.
