Still not getting the best from the Xterra. Any advice on best settings for inland relic hunting?

I had an X-terra 70 many years ago, Which one have you got old series or new?

Hi, old one. Use it on Coin setting with reasonably high sensitivity and all metal. You'll see from the RPG thread that it's could at bigger items ( artillery fuzes in particular) but I do tend to miss smaller items. Could of course be user incompetence ! Billers
