The backing material used for the coat-of-arms seems to have 4 D logos in diamond-chaped groups. These team sports are not too much my specialty, but maybe the 4 D's indicate something when so grouped. Like "Dyanmo Moscow" or some other specific place.
On the other hand, maybe the maker of the coat-of-arms just used some scrap that they had found for the backing, for its material proprties, not with some real connection to the Dynamo Sports Society. Overall, I think for a flag or banner, as suggested by Ade.

for sure ,this coat-of-arms come from velvet flag, the dynamo sign from Москва (Moscow ) or Київ ( Kiev) ?
