Anybody Have an idea what this flag means or stands for ?

The banner was intended for the Pioneers. The Pioneers was a Soviet youth organization for children up to 14 years of age.
The banner reads; "To fight for the cause of Lenin and Stalin, be ready!"
The statement "be ready (будь готов!)" was a mutual greeting and was answered with "always ready (всегда готов!)".
The mention of Stalin on the banner may mean it was made before 1953.
