what does 4 KEK, mean?

The seller told me what is in the tittle but I found out it's actually kraftfahr ersatz kompanie. I can find a little online about this kompanie. He told me it's a find from a friend of him.

Some things I like about it some things not, still I'm very interested in it.

I searched a little more. I think its a possible good marke. Because : 1-3 ss K.E.K. was a part of the waffen ss. If I search some forums about 4 ss K.E.K. it is always in combination with the ss-vt. The bad thing is that I can't find a example of a known good tag.

I have still some doubt about the font.
