Well guys it can today. Not having any experience I had no idea how big these are.
With the cord on one of these discs you truly know that you have something around you neck.

Indeed, these can get a little addictive. Perhaps an option for display and reasonably cheap to obtain would be a postcard of the Kaserne or barrack building this unit was housed in originally.
