ekm pi btl question

Article about: what does the number 75 stand for? And what does the letter m stand for? Could it be that the m stands for magenkranke? i have another ekm and that is a 100% magenkranke abt.

    Thanks for the additional photos.
    On the first photos i thought the "M" is a "1"

    Magenkranke would make no sense in this context.

    M for mobilisiert sounds very good. Motorisiert would also be imaginable, but I think mobilisiert is right.

    I had overlooked the most likely abbreviation here.
