Interesting one.
Of the top of my mind the "A" in front of the serial suggests its a civilian employee attached to the unit, im pretty confident to say this is not his dog tag
You could make the case i guess, that A is the bloodtype although the Position would be pretty unusual for that... I attach a picture of another civilian employee tag i found online, number B184 and bloodtype O
I always assumed that the (O) meant that it was an ortsfesten abteilung ? schwere Flak-Abteilung 605 (o)
Formed 10.39 in Luftgau XI from Flak-Ers.Abt. 6, with 1. - 4. Batterien (until 7.42 known as Res.Flak-Abt. 605):

1./Res.605 new
2./Res.605 from 2./Flak-Ers.Abt. 6
3./Res.605 new
4./Res.605 from 3./Flak-Ers.Abt. 6
In 1940 1./Res.605 became 6./Flak-Regiment 33, and was reformed from 1./1001; In 1941 1./Res.605 became 3./111, and was reformed from Res.Flak-Bttr. 307.
5./Res.605 was formed in late 1940.
In 7.41 5./Res.605 became 1./726, and was reformed from 5./612.

Im November 1944 verlegte die Abteilung von Bochum nach Münster, wo sie dem Stab des Flak-Regiments 47 bei der 22. Flak-Division
I think that maybe the B stands for Helfer or something like that. "Most Flak Battalions were designated verlegbar (v) or ortsfest (o). Units that were verlegbar could be deployed almost anywhere, but they had no orgnic transport. Units that were ortsfest not only had no organic transport, they were also dependant on other units or command echelons for deployment." schwere Flak-Abteilung 625 (o)
Formed 10.43 in Luftgau III with 4 Batterien.
5. and 6./s.625 was formed in early 1944 (5. from s.Flak-Bttr.zbV 5768, 6. from 5./321).
Stab/s.625 became Stab/144 in mid-1944, not reformed.
