Ekm for the Polizei verwaltung Litzmannstadt. A "desireable" one for some collectors. With only this photo I would not like to make a definitive judgement, but it looks very fresh.

A can only agree with BC for now. I would advice you to ask the seller for more photos. I am interested to see what the back of the EKM looks like.
