I, at least, can neither say it's real or it's not, unfortunately; I also have a Germania disc from this same unit (3. Ersatz Kompanie), but its Stammrollennummer is 22138, so it was made a very long time after yours and thus isn't necessarily a good comparison piece. The general form is the same (although the Stammrollennummer follows the 'G' rather than being placed above the text), but the lettering, numbers and even the Sigrunen are different- usually this would indicate a problem, but being so separated in time, it could simply be that they had to change stamp sets at some point. It may also have been the case that they began putting the Stammrollennummer at the top and later moved it to follow the first line of text. If someone has an image of a disc from this same unit that has a very low number, that'd help.
There's nothing about this disc that actually suggests it's real though- there's not even any wear on the neck cord holes, so if it is authentic it wasn't worn for very long it seems.
Ohhhhh- pillage then burn...
fake
I don't like it, the real combination seen, not the same

what kind of wear does it have on the back, it could have been chemicaly aged, so reverse should look different
