Based on your photo I think this could be the correct unit:
SS-Feldersatz-Bataillon 19, 19. SS-Waffen-Grenadier-Division (lettische Nr. 2).

An unknow kind of Lettische ekm and really unusual engrave for an WSS tag. Also the font of the two tags seems different. They were digged up by you? In what kind of material are they made?
Stainless steel as he mentioned in #1 Prinz. Unusual, but if genuinely found by him then difficult to see why they wouldn't be original. Condition is remarkable, I wonder if more pictures were taken when these were found.by Prinz
Hello! Yes, these were found by me. Luckly I have found other half of 33! In that area I got intact zinc tag too, which is from same unit, and the number is 283. I will try to upload good pictures soon.
Here are some pictures of 33 and zinc tag. Other half of 33 tag have some stains, I have tried to clean it, but I am too afraid to damaging it. So left it how it is.
