Help! Erkennungsmarken Viking Division real or fake??

I am an absolute beginner in Erkennungsmarken.
What do you think about this one please?
Is it genuine or fake?
Is it late war (seems to be made of zinc so late I think)?
Is it an ersatz batallion?
I made some researches but impossible to linked it to Viking division…

Hello, i dont know about the authenticity but it's not from the SS Wiking since they weren't an SS Panzer grenadier divison. But an SS panzer divison.

Maybe it's just me, but it looks like these SS runes were added later on to the emarke? Wait for one of the others to come along. I'm not sure about this one.

The font does not look period to me.
I also agree with Rik, the SS stamps look to have been added later.

Hello! I thought the name has changed several times thought the war: first it was "SS-Division Wiking ", then "SS-Panzergrenadier-Division Wiking" and at last "5. SS-Panzer-Division Wiking"

Panzer Grenadier Regiment 9 is Germania, this disk is stamped incorrectly for that unit, in my opinion it is bad.

Looks partly stamped over the top of pre-existing corrosion too. I'm not a fan of it either I'm afraid.
