This ID disc is reputed to have been found in Alsace (east of France). But as always, a lot of fakes in this area of colllecting

2 questions :
Is it original ?
What's the signification of : FAHRTR. at the beginning ?

I'm really not an expert on these things. But, personally, I don't like the SS runes. Furthermore, as a German-speaking person, I can't imagine what the abbreviation "Fahrtr." should stand for. "E. Kp." could stand for “Ersatz Kompanie”. But “Fahrtr..”??? I would think of “Fahrtransport”, but I can’t find anything about it, especially since the word isn’t actually used that way in the German language.
