    Probably a Belgian POW, hence the "B" after the POW number.

    Look at a post i put up about 2 years ago called Stlag1A I list the different variants I have in my collection. The tags 1A & 1B seem to be the only camps to put the reference to the country of origin of the tag owner. also you can see from my pics some were reused. should also say the Oflag 68 with a R
