I have this disk labelled St. fuI. Kp. 3
My guess is "Stab Funk Instandsetzung Kompanie 3"

Any other suggestions?

I can't ID it offhand, but I don't think that's the meaning.

Note that the "f" is a lower case letter (which wouldn't be the case if it stood for "Funk") and that a Kompanie [company] doesn't have a Stab [staff], but a Kompanieführungsgruppe or Kompanietrupp [company headquarters section]

I like your thinking maybe the "fuI." stands for "Funklenk-Zügen Instandsetzungsgruppe" ?

anything to do with Tiger tanks is good.
