Argentinian Wing Badge Pilots?

Hi guys, didn't really know where to put this on the forum, but here it is.
Im having trouble placing this badge, My thoughts are that it is some kind of an Argentinian airline pilots wings, but can't seem to find anything even remotely similar.

any pointers would be greatly recieved
