I have seen some awards, which were allowed to be played with by children. They somewhat beaten.
But this damage looks as quite persistent effort.

Correct. Awarded to Private Vasily Ivanovich Kutseikin. I bought this in 2013 from a dealer in Bucharest.by Egorka
