New pics confirm it's a fake. Besides all mentioned points also look at the rim om the obverse, it is not evenly thick.

Hello, the price of the medal in such condition is c. 20 EUR (see below a snapshot from the well-known dealer website, where anyone could easily buy one with proper ribbon for just 25 EUR).

This a questionable object in a terrible condition, why would someone even consider buying it?

There are plenty of original medals in a very good shape (including original ribbon, extention etc.) on the market for just 35-50 EUR.

I didnt buy this medal on it´s own, I would have been more careful but I got 10 different medals at a low price (20€).
One of the medals I bought with it was a capture of berlin, which I posted here and the response was that it is a good one.

It is a medal that has suffered the ravages of time but I also think that it is perfectly authentic.

just an FYI, this can occur because of an uneven blank used for stamping. in and of itself not an indication of a fake.
