I would like your opinion on originality for this two USSR orders dated in 1945/1946. I want to buy them for my collection, but I'm a little unsure. Unfortunately, I don't have better pictures.
Thank you in advance!

Both are original in my opinion. Not sure about the booklet, but looks right.
- Red Star 2170491: May 1945- Combat award for around Berlin
- Red Star 2166299: May 1945- Combat award Berlin
- OPWII 523371: May 1945- Berlin award.
So, I would say there's a good chance both awards are for action near or in Berlin.
All good. His name is ларионов алексей дмитриевич (Aleksey Dmitrievich Larionov) and he was a sergeant in the 498 Rifle Regiment, 132 Rifle Division.
I am not good in translating citations but from what I can see it is not for fighting in Berlin.
Here is his info: Ларионов Алексей Дмитриевич :: Память народа
The Red Star was awarded for repairing telephone lines in the vicinity of Bliesdorf, east of Berlin, on April 19, 1945.
The OPW2 is for repairing telephone lines in Berlin-Spandau on May 2 during a large-scale German counterattack. As he was repairing these breaks, he encountered a group of ten German soldiers, killing four of them (even though he was technically just a telephone operator!).
